Fishing On Lac Seul

Walleye fishing on Lac Seul... and the excellent northern pike fishing set a high standard of excellence for many anglers.  Lac Seul is a top destination for anglers looking for great northern pike and walleye fishing on its 106,000 acres.  There are hundreds of miles of shoreline in our northwest section of this great walleye fishing lake.  Timberlane Lodge on Lac Seul is ideally situated only a few miles from the town of Ear Falls, Ontario.   Year after year our guests enjoy the great fishing, easy going atmosphere, comfortable newly remodeled cabins and great homemade food. 

The friendly little town of Ear Falls, Ontario, retail stores where fishermen and hunters can obtain fishing and hunting licenses, fishing tackle and outdoor gear. Restaurants, post office and other facilities are located here, too.  Bring your gold clubs, too, if you just can't resist playing a few rounds while staying at Timberlane Lodge on Lac Seul.  A well-maintained public boat launching ramp is just down the road from Timberlane Lodge; our guests can park their vehicles and boat trailers securely on our camp property at no charge.  We give each cabin a good map of this section of the lake. 

Walleye and Northern Pike Fishing  Lac Seul once again produced lots of big walleyes to brag about in 2011.  In our northwest section of Lac Seul the fishing is concentrated on the large population and size of the walleye.  Occasionally, though, just when you least expect it, you'll have a bragging sized Northern Pike to deal with.   The English River has a constant flow right in front of our dock and the river levels are nearly normal... which means plenty of walleye fishing can be done close to camp. Each of our 9 cabins is provided with one free lake map, additional maps are available for a modest fee. Timberlane Lodge has 8 - 17.5' boats with 40hp Yamaha outboard motors and 7 16.5ft Lund Stalkers with 25 and 30 hp Yamaha outboard motors These motors will get you to the fish quietly and efficiently and the boats are excellent for trophy walleye and pike fishing... or just plain sightseeing. We now have depth finders and trolling motors available. Must request at time of booking as this is first come first served.
