is a one time fee, not a daily fee.)

Refund only with a 90 day advance notice of
cancellation. Less than 60 days cancellation
will result in a carry over of deposit for later
date.
Charges will be billed according to the number
of days and people originally booked on ALL
bookings, unless 60 days advance notice of
changes.
NO credit for early departure full occupancy
rate.
Requests
for a cabin by groups with less than cabin’s
capacity must pay full occupancy rate.
Pets are $5.00 per day. |
